Shipping & Returns

We ship domestically and offer $50 flat rate shipping on all rug orders. Smaller items, such as Turkish towels and our collectibles have lower shipping rates based on the size and weight of the item.

Outside of holidays, we package and ship out all items on Fridays. If you place an order on a Saturday your item will ship 1 week later, on the next Friday. If you have a special circumstance and are in need of your items lickity split, please contact us through our contact page and reference your item in the subject line.

If you are local to Tyler, TX, and wish to pick your item up in person, we offer item pick-ups by appointment on Fridays and waive the cost of shipping with the code LOCALPICKUP at your time of purchase. After purchasing please send us a message to schedule your pick-up time!

We do not offer returns, with the exception that the item was damaged in the shipping process. If that is the case, please contact us immediately so that we may address the issue in a timely matter. Any return concerns must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of the item arriving at its destination in order for the item to be evaluated as a return.

As the majority of the items we source are vintage, they will each have unique details, and patterns of wear. Wear on a vintage rug is normal and highly desirable as the colors improve with time. Therefore we do not accept returns on items based on their wear, as this is their natural state. It is our objective to be as transparent as possible when listing our product to ensure that you know exactly what you’re purchasing and feel confident in your selection. All product pictures posted are taken in natural light and have not been edited, and we welcome questions about the products if you desire more information before completing your purchase.
